Human dignity
Technology should serve people — never diminish their worth, agency, or culture.
AI literacy should not belong only to wealthy countries, elite universities, tech companies, or insiders. Every community deserves the knowledge, confidence, tools, and wisdom to understand AI, use it responsibly, protect their people, create opportunity, and shape the future.
The Global AI Literacy Alliance exists to expand AI literacy across countries, cultures, languages, generations, and communities.
Our mission is to help people around the world understand AI, use AI safely and creatively, prepare for AI-driven change, and participate in shaping technology with wisdom, equity, and human dignity. We work alongside schools, nonprofits, governments, faith communities, libraries, workforce leaders, families, youth, and elders to build a future that includes everyone.
Join the Alliance
We believe AI literacy must include wisdom. Communities need to know how AI works, but also how to ask better questions: Who benefits? Who is harmed? What should not be automated?
Technology should serve people — never diminish their worth, agency, or culture.
Knowing how to use AI well means knowing when not to use it at all.
Understanding where AI can be unfair helps communities push for better outcomes.
Building the discernment to recognize manipulation and protect the truth.
Elders and youth learning together creates stronger, wiser communities.
Those most affected by AI deserve a real say in how it is built and used.
Creativity and care can go hand in hand as communities shape the future.
